What are we looking for 👀

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:


1. Corporate Communication

  • Development and execution of the external communication strategy.
  • Ensure overall consistency of brand tone and messaging across all external channels.

    2. Social Media Management (LinkedIn)
  • Planning and writing content for the corporate and individual LinkedIn profiles.
  • Publishing and monitoring posts on LinkedIn.
  • Coordination with the design team for visual content.
  • Performance analysis and continuous improvement proposals.

    3. Public Relations (PR)
  • Coordination and oversight of the external PR agency.
  • Alignment of key messages with the company's communication strategy.
  • Management of interviews, media presence, and press release writing.

    4. Awards and Event Management
  • Identification of relevant industry awards and recognitions.
  • Preparation of applications and coordination of required materials.
  • Organization and follow-up of participation in corporate, industry, or institutional events.

    5. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Definition and execution of the SEO strategy for the corporate website.
  • Keyword research, content optimization, and improvement of organic positioning.
  • Monitoring SEO performance.

SKILLS AND VALUES

  • University degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, within communication, PR, social media, or SEO areas.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, especially in digital environments (LinkedIn, press releases, SEO).
  • Critical thinking and the ability to analyze situations from different perspectives.
  • Curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong attention to detail in language, tone, and visual presentation of content.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in SEO and digital metrics analysis.
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory. A good command of English is highly valued, and knowledge of Catalan and Portuguese will be considered a plus.
