FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

  • Support in the execution of operational tasks in the area: weekly reporting, KPI monitoring, dashboard maintenance.

  • Management of databases in our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Review and enrichment of leads for outbound/inbound campaigns through different channels (LinkedIn, Mail, Google…)

  • Documentation and improvement of internal revenue and operations processes.

  • Assistance in creating presentations, market analysis, and follow-up materials for management.

  • Coordination with other teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) for joint tasks.

SKILLS AND VALUES

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or similar.

  • Medium level of in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Experience or familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Power BI, Notion, Looker Studio, etc. is a plus.

  • Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented.

  • Eagerness to learn about revenue, growth, and business strategy in an international environment.

  • Proactive spirit and ability to work in a team.
