We are hiring a LATAM Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives across Latin America. This role will be responsible for managing global accounts, expanding sales, acquiring new clients, forging strategic partnerships, and supporting the Mexico market.

Strategic business development with the ability to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
Experience in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Deep understanding of the Mexican business environment and broader LATAM markets.
Strong negotiation skills for closing high-value contracts and fostering long-term partnerships.
Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus), with experience working in multicultural business environments.
Knowledge of mobility technologies, digital business tools, and sustainability trends.
This position requires availability to travel.
Experience Requirements
More than 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in tech, mobility, or related B2B sectors.
Proven experience in global or regional project management, adapting strategies for diverse markets.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, promote a results-driven culture, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Strong project management experience, handling full business development cycles from prospecting to execution.
