We are currently expanding our Operations team and looking for a Providers Executive to join our team in Portugal. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, capable of managing provider relationships, optimizing transport operations, and ensuring service efficiency. You will play a key role in improving processes, negotiating with providers, and ensuring the highest quality standards in our operations.
Responsibilities 🚌
- Coordinate and implement improvement action plans based on identified operational opportunities.
- Manage and review maintenance contracts, including pricing, obligations, and renewal terms.
- Monitor and analyze SLA performance of providers, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Identify and assess new operators while maintaining relationships with current providers.
- Collect necessary documentation for permits in Spain and manage vehicle service contracts in Portugal.
- Develop and execute a training plan for providers and conduct on-site visits.
- Create an intervention team to address recurring issues and implement resolution plans.
- Ensure accuracy of information in mobility studies and operational reports.
- Analyze cost structures (P&L) and propose the best negotiation strategies for different scenarios.
- Manage the Provider’s Invoice Process, validating and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor and negotiate pricing with operators to optimize costs.
- Track and analyze route performance, including extra services, budget updates, and cost control metrics.
Requirements 🔍
- Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding environments.
