What are we looking for 👀

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:


  • Coordinate improvement action plans through identification and/or analyze possible improvements, and their feasibility and coordinate action plans with the operators.
  • Contract maintenance (review of prices, obligations, renewals dates, possible clause changes).
  • Analyze SLA's provider's performance and follow up.
  • Identify and study Operator's Zone.
  • Capture new Operators and assess and validation of new providers.
  • Collect necessary documentation for permits (Spain).
  • Draw up service contracts for vehicles (Portugal).
  • Create a training plan for our providers, execute and visit the providers.
  • Identify and create an intervention team to identify frequent problems and create and/or implement a resolution plan.
  • Ensure that the information on the mobility study is correct.
  • Understand the cost base analysis (P&L) for all the operations (current and new ones) and propose the best negotiation strategy for each scenario.
  • Search and negotiate prices with the operator.
  • Apply SLA's Penalties.
  • Own the Provider’s Invoice Process. Validate and solve differences.
  • Receive and analyze information about routes, schedules, dates, and calendar capacity.
  • Request a quote from trusted operators and negotiate.
  • Analysis of extras and budget updates.
  • Compare the KM done versus the monthly target, to keep updated for cost control.

SKILLS AND VALUES

  • Logistics, Transportation, Distribution and Logistics Management Degree or related field;
  • Relevant experience in the transport or logistics industry;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit (proactive, dynamic, self-taught and results-oriented);
  • Adaptable and flexible;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Working under stress and in a highly demanding environment;
